"After over 20 years, they are discontinuing my insurance. The reason is ridiculous. No real inspection just a letter. Very disappointing"

"I made the switch from USAA to State Farm after they quoted me a price significantly lower than what I was currently paying as a long term customer with a clean driving record. "I called to pay my wife's auto ins. expecting to pay it through AI prompts on my iPhone, but a real person picked up with having the most friendliest voice saying her name was Page, and it was as if I could hear her smiling while talking and asking me questions about my policy. In today's world everyone is rush rush rush, but Page was so friendly and patient with me while I looked for my policy number. It was such a pleasure speaking with her, and it made me feel good knowing they're still people out there that care and value my wife & I as being customers and not just someone on the line wanting to take my money. It was just a very pleasant experience speaking with her. Thank u Page, u made my day brighter!!!!"
