"I’ve been with them for two years and probably one of the worst Customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I work in retail when initially came in to change insurance company great reception for Mason. Very happy to help me now after my policy fluctuated about eight different times could never get a hold of anybody and especially him Who was my original agent never any follow up an explanation why my rate fluctuated terrible customer service at my line of work. I see 1000 people a month and would never recommend this insurance agent or company because of what I dealt with zero follow up come into the office and they’d be hiding. Definitely go see the insurance doctor much better rates cut my rate in half and I have three high-end vehicles went from about 580$ to 276$ With more coverage in a year contract non-6 months And I actually can get my agent to address my needs"

"Dont expect State Farm to do any leg work for you. So State Farm is your insurance, you get rear eneded, totally not at fault, and file a claim with them. They ask for the other insurance company and drivers information, but they won't file the claim with the other insurance at all. You have to pay your deductible and go to some POS collision center that wants to take a month to fix your car. Then after State Farm has to pay out $$$ then they will go after the other insurance company. Of course they aren't upfront with you about this. Very disappointed, complete joke of a company!"
