Laura is a dedicated and exceptional executive assistant and office manager licensed with Auto/Fire/Life/Health/Bank/Pet/Flood. Although born in Maryland, she spent the majority of her life in North Carolina before relocating to Richmond after her marriage. Having been happily married for 17 years, Laura has built a strong foundation in her personal life. She is a proud mother of two children and takes great care of her beloved cat. Laura's love for animals is evident in her compassionate nature. In her leisure time, she enjoys diving into the world of books, finding solace and inspiration through reading. Additionally, Laura willingly takes on the role of a chauffeur for her children's extracurricular activities, demonstrating her commitment to their growth and well-being.

• Keegan Shields has been with our agency for 3 years and runs our MOA office in Manakin Sabot. He was born and raised in the Richmond area and attended Blessed Sacrament Huguenot locally for high school and then went on to Virginia Tech. Outside of work Keegan is on the board of directors for the Goochland County Chamber of Commerce, is involved with the BSH alumni group, and an active member of the Richmond Hokie Club.

Hailey holds an associates degree in Health Sciences, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of healthcare and wellness. With a background in the pharmacy industry since 2018, Hailey possesses a unique perspective that allows her to provide exceptional support and guidance to our customers.

Hailing from the beautiful town of Powhatan, VA, Hailey brings a strong sense of community and compassion to her role. She understands the importance of building meaningful connections with our customers and strives to ensure that their needs are met with utmost care and attention.

In addition to her professional achievements, we would like to extend our warm congratulations to Hailey on her recent marriage in November. This new chapter in her life further underscores her commitment to growth, dedication, and embracing new experiences. We are fortunate to have someone as talented and driven as Hailey on our team.

Kyle has been with our office since June of 2023. He received his master’s in business administration at Concord University, prior to that he received his undergraduate degree at University of Charleston in business administration. He played on the baseball team at both schools and was a part of 2 conference championships, and one super regional appearance. He is originally from Fredericksburg, VA.

My name is Erin, I have been in insurance for eight years. I grew up in Durham, North Carolina and currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina with my family. I began working remotely in 2020, and recently joined the team as a customer service representative in early 2023. When I am not online, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and my fur-babies.

Emily is one of our Customer Care Representatives. She's licensed in property and casualty and working on her life and health license. I look forward to working with you all and helping with your insurance needs. I am new to John Patterson’s state farm office, but I have almost 3 years of insurance experience.
